Yes! Getmore stores an encrypted local cache of all past notifications, assignment schedules, results, and calendar events. You can browse and check deadlines completely offline; new updates sync immediately upon reconnecting.
After installing the app, enter your student ID or your institution-issued email address. Select your campus from our directory of 500+ Sri Lankan institutes, verify your student credentials via OTP or single sign-on (SSO), and your courses will sync automatically.
If your institution isn’t listed yet, you can tap “Request Institution” inside the app or email us at support@getmore.lk. Our team partners with academic faculties and onboards verified institutions within 3 to 5 business days.
Yes, verified academic faculty have access to the Getmore Admin Broadcast console. Lecturers can send emergency announcements, lecture hall changes, or submission extensions that ring on students’ phones in less than 5 seconds.
No. Student privacy is fundamental. Parental access is strictly opt-in and controlled by the student. You can choose whether to share assignment reminders, attendance, or grade summaries, and you can revoke access at any time from your Account Settings.
